By agreeing to these Rules, the Client and the Company (hereinafter referred to as the Parties) confirm their consent to these Rules.

2. The meaning and content of these Rules do not contradict international legislation.

3. Only Clients who have reached the age of majority have the right to register and participate in the Company's investment process.

4. Completing the registration procedure and providing the necessary amount of personal information is a mandatory condition to become a Client of the Company.

5. Upon completing the registration procedure, the Client agrees to all points of these Rules.

6. Any content and other intellectual property located on the Company's Website is recognized as the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.

2. Client's duties

1. Upon registration on the Company's Website, the Client agrees to provide only actual and truthful personal data necessary for effective work and cooperation with the Company.

2. To comply with and execute these Rules.

3. To show tolerance towards all other Clients of the Company.

3. Company's duties

1. The Company undertakes to provide the Client with a Personal account on the Website.

2. The Company undertakes to perform financial operations on each deposit of the Client.

3. The Company undertakes to provide the Client with any possible and Rules-compliant information concerning investments and the safety of the investment process.

4. The Company undertakes to keep the personal data provided by the Client in complete confidentiality.

5. The Company undertakes to provide the Client with a correctly functioning Website for the Client to perform actions related to the investment process, as well as to receive assistance from the Company's customer support.

6. The Company undertakes to make payments according to the referral program.

4. Company's Customer Support

1. Each Client has the right to obtain any additional information concerning the investment process by contacting the Company's customer support.

2. The Client agrees to follow the general rules of correct communication with the Company's customer support.

5. Company’s notifications

1. The Company has the right to send any notifications to the Client related to informing the Client, as well as notifications related to questions concerning advertising and/or promotion of the Website.

2. The Company has the right to send the Client messages that may contain news about the Company, notices about the introduction of new investment plans, notices about performing repair work on the Company's Website, and other messages about events that may, but are not obliged to, influence the carrying out of cooperation and investment process between the Company and the Client.

6. Final provisions

1. All disputes that may, but are not obliged to, arise are resolved by the Parties through negotiation.

2. All points of these Rules, as well as the content of any section of the Website, must be observed “as is” and take precedence in the consideration of disputable situations.

3. The Company reserves the right to make changes to these Rules, as well as to the content of any other section of the Website without prior consultations.

4. The Company has the right to send notices about changes to these Rules and also to post messages about all changes to these Rules on the Website.

5. Any changes to the content of any section of the Website, or changes to cooperation conditions, come into force from the moment such changes are actually applied.

6. Non-performance and/or non-observance, in whole or in part, of these Rules can cause objective consequences that cannot be the subject of disputes and/or legal claims.
